Software Engineer - Developer Excellence - HFT Prop Fund

Role Overview
- Build and enhance core developer platforms, tooling and automation to accelerate the full development lifecycle.
- Standardise CI/CD pipelines and development workflows across global regions to improve consistency and collaboration.
- Improve local development environments, onboarding experience and automated testing capabilities at scale.
- Integrate and scale AI-assisted development tools to continually improve engineering productivity.
Qualifications
- Computer science degree or related field.
- Approximately 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience working with CI/CD systems, build tooling or developer platform engineering.
- Strong programming fundamentals and a demonstrated interest in improving developer productivity and workflow efficiency.
