Design and develop scalable, high-performance trading applications across diverse asset classes
Collaborate with traders to build robust, reliable systems that meet business objectives
Streamline development processes and mitigate operational risks
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for critical trading applications
Uphold quality standards through rigorous testing and peer review
Innovate and explore new avenues for technological advancement

Proficiency in C++ with at least 5 years of experience
Strong grasp of object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms

Experience with high-performance, multi-threaded programming and network protocols
Previous success in delivering automated trading systems is a plus
Ability to take ownership of projects from conception to deployment
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to mentor junior team members and engage in continuous learning

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Previous experience in a comparable industry or domain knowledge
