Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, code, and test post-release configurations, performance measurements, production support, and maintenance within a full software development cycle. You will design, develop, and maintain OSS enterprise applications such as Nokia AAA, Mediation Zone, and APIs. Responsibilities include mapping business requirements to functional specifications, performing gap analysis, and providing quality solutions, while diligently adhering to best practices and promoting performance, scalability, and maintainability.

You will also identify and monitor inter-dependencies among various application implementation activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, Implementation Architect, or a related software coding and configuration position.
• Experience with Nokia AAA or Mediation Zone.
• Proficiency in Java or Spring Framework.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented languages and design techniques.
• Experience with UNIX platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithm design, concurrency issues, and performance assessment.
• Experience with API/microservice architecture design.
• Experience with AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment).

Hiring range for position: $121,733 to $130,000 per year. Actual base pay takes into account internal equity and geographic region among other factors.
