Symfony Developer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Symfony Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the Symfony PHP framework. This position is open to candidates currently residing in the United States only. The ideal candidate has strong backend development expertise, writes clean and maintainable code, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Symfony framework
• Write clean, secure, well-documented, and testable PHP code
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver features
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
• Maintain and improve existing systems and architectures

• Proven experience as a Symfony Developer or PHP Developer with strong Symfony expertise
• Strong knowledge of PHP, Symfony components, and MVC architecture
• Experience with databases such as MySQL or Postgre
  
  SQL and ORM tools (Doctrine)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git version control, and CI/CD workflows
• Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
• Knowledge of Docker, cloud platforms, or microservices architecture
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
