QA Automation Engineer
Chicago, IL (5 Days onsite)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Selenium to join our growing quality assurance team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts using Selenium Web Driver.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual testers to understand features and technical implementation.
• Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions).
• Execute automated test suites and report bugs using tools like JIRA, Test Rail, etc.
• Perform regression testing and maintain automation frameworks.
• Contribute to code reviews and QA process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Selenium (Java/Python/C#).
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or NUnit.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI).
• Experience with web-based application testing.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.

• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
• Performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
