Java Database Developer

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Java Backend Engineer - Database & Cloud Migration.

Seeking a Java Backend Engineer with strong database expertise to support migration of enterprise applications from Web Logic (Java
8) to Open Shift/Kubernetes. The role focuses on backend development, data-intensive systems, and cloud modernization.

• Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
• Strong SQL & database design (Oracle/Postgres preferred)
• Stored procedures, query optimization, transaction management
• Kubernetes & Docker (Open Shift nice to have)
• CI/CD exposure (Jenkins or similar)

• Experience with GraphQL
• Schema design, queries, mutations, resolvers
• Backend integration using Java/Spring Boot

• Experience integrating AI/LLM or intelligent services via APIs
• Exposure to AI-driven features like search, recommendations, or automation

• Pay Range*: $75 - $85 per hour
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
