Skills & Experience:

*
* + 4+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience

+ Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)

+ Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows; desktop flow experience is a plus

+ Experience designing and implementing Dataverse solutions

+ Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and external systems

+ Experience developing custom connectors and working with APIs

+ Strong understanding of security, permissions, and solution deployment practices

+

Experience with Power Platform governance, DLP policies, connector management, authentication, and security best practices.

+ Experience troubleshooting and optimizing existing Power Platform solutions

+ Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Experience with Power Platform CoE (Center of Excellence) governance and administration

Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting

Experience with Azure services and enterprise integrations

+ Experience developing reusable solution components and automation frameworks

+ Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments

+ Copilot experience is a plus

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: **$90000 to $118650/ year*

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
