Build Service Now integrations and governance workflows for an AI Control Tower implementation.
About the roleJoin an AI governance project for a US semiconductor business. The work centers on Service Now AI Control Tower and the discovery and management of AI agents.
What you will work on- Plan integrations, permissions, workflows and platform data structures.
- Implement REST/SOAP connections using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
- Develop platform scripts and support discovery, testing and deployment.
- Work directly with client technical stakeholders.
- Experience with platform configuration, access controls and release management.
- Practical knowledge of integration tools and independent technical problem-solving.
- Upper-intermediate English or above.
Discovery, ITOM, AI governance, App Engine, ATF or Service Now certifications.
Working arrangementRemote project collaboration. The recruitment team will clarify weekly hours, project duration and contract terms.
