* What You Will Do:

* · Develop application features and automations based on defined requirements and technical designs.
· Troubleshoot routine issues for assigned components and escalate more complex problems to senior team members.
· Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve cod equality, consistency, and technical skills.
· Learn and apply enterprise tools, platforms, source control practices, andSDLC processes in daily work.
· Use AI-assisted development tools, including Git Hub Copilot, to support learning and productivity while following established review and security practices.
· Assist with testing, upgrades, releases, deployments, and change management activities.
· Document incidents, resolutions, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
· Participate in data validation, basic reporting, and application optimization initiatives.
· Support training efforts and help users adopt new systems or features.
· Operate with professionalism, attention to detail, and collaboration in afast‐paced, team‐oriented environment.

* What You Will Need:

* · Bachelors degree, Graduating between December 2026 – June 2027
· Strong interest in enterprise technology, business applications, and process improvement
· Foundational understanding of:o   Web application development concepts, including frontend, backend,and data interactions.o   Basic software development lifecycle practices, including development, testing, and deployment.o IT fundamentals such as operating systems, networking, or database so   Data structures, basic SQL, or reporting concepts.
· Ability to follow defined requirements, technical specifications, coding standards, and team processes.
· Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and organizational skills
· Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non‐technical users.
· Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and willingness to learn.
** What Would Be Nice To Have:*
* · Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
· Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly to learn, write,test, or document code.
· Experience or exposure to low‐code / no‐code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform)
· Familiarity with React.js, Next.js, or a Python web framework.
· Familiarity with APIs, backend services, and common data formats suchas JSON.
· Familiarity with source control tools such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
· Basic scripting or programming experience (Python, JavaScript, Power Shell)
· Interest in enterprise systems, business applications, or IT consulting

The annual salary range for this position is $51,000.00-$85,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
