* ** Job Summary*
* We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mule Soft Developer to drive end-to-end integration development initiatives using the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on development expertise, technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to work closely with clients and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality integration solutions.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Lead end-to-end Mule Soft design, development, implementation, and support activities.

+ Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine integration requirements.

+ Translate business requirements into technical designs, APIs, and integration solutions.

+ Design and develop Mule Soft integrations using Mule 4 and API-led connectivity principles.

+ Build and maintain RESTful and SOAP-based services and APIs.

+ Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, and development best practices.

+ Guide development teams through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

+ Work closely with Architects, QA, Dev Ops, and application teams to manage technical dependencies and deliver solutions successfully.

+ Drive defect resolution, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.

+ Ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to enterprise development standards.

** Required Skills*
* + 7-10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in integration development.

+ Extensive hands-on experience with Mule Soft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4.

+ Strong proficiency in Data Weave 2.0 transformations.

+ Experience designing and developing RESTful and SOAP APIs and services.

+ Strong knowledge of RAML/OpenAPI Specifications.

+ Hands-on experience implementing API-Led Connectivity (System, Process, and Experience APIs).

Experience with API design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.

+ Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support capabilities.

+ Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring development teams.

+ Excellent client-facing communication, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership abilities.

+ Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

** Preferred Skills*
* + Mule Soft Certified Developer or other Mule Soft certifications.

+ Experience leading small-to-medium-sized development teams.

+ Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and cloud-based deployments.

+ Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API governance.
