Position: Personal Trainer

Job Type: Full-time

Location: FFC South Loop

Compensation: Earn $40-$74 per session based on experience and certifications. New trainers can earn $500-$1000 in bonuses during the first 3 months.

• 5+ shifts/week (6-hour shifts)
• At least 1 weekend shift
• Responsibilities include overseeing the fitness floor, greeting members, managing the InBody machine, and outreach via calls/emails.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s in exercise physiology or related field
• Certification:
  Nationally accredited personal training certification
• Experience:
  
  2+ years in a health club setting with proven sales experience
• Expertise:
  Master/Elite trainer preferred
• Safety: CPR & AED certification required

• Build your client base through outreach and selling training services
• Manage your schedule with 30+ hours/week, including at least 1 weekend shift
• Drive results by meeting monthly budget goals
• Enhance the environment by keeping the fitness floor safe and welcoming
• Engage new members with personalized fitness plans
• Assist members with expert advice and exercise support
• Promote FFC programs by matching members’ interests to offerings
• Deliver quality training to help clients achieve their goals
• Stay current with certifications and continuing education
• Contribute to the community by volunteering for FFC events
