A leading swim organization in Chicago is seeking year-round Aquatics Instructors to inspire members and enhance their swimming skills. Candidates should have at least 2 years of teaching experience or 4 years of competitive swimming experience and must hold valid lifeguard certifications. This position involves creating lesson plans, evaluating swimmers, and fostering strong relationships with students and families. The pay rate starts at $22.50 – $24.50 per hour.
