This is a hybrid role of both personal training and swim instruction.

• Teach swimmers of all ages to develop confidence, safety, and proper technique.
• Create personalized lesson plans and motivate students.
• Provide consistent feedback in a positive, energetic environment.
• Apply child development and safety awareness skills.

• Design and coach individualized fitness programs to help members achieve their goals.
• Educate clients on proper form, nutrition, and recovery.
• Motivate clients to stay consistent and confident in their fitness journey.
• Promote wellness education and client retention.

• Swim instruction, child development, communication, safety awareness, Red Cross certification, patience, motivation.
