Compensation: $21.50 - $23.50 per hour

The Customer Experience Manager, known as the “Deck Ambassador” during instruction sessions, works poolside at our swim school and interfaces with customers outside of instruction sessions. This position plays a critical leadership role in providing an excellent customer experience.
We are more than just a swim lesson provider. We strive to make a substantial impact within our communities to combat the tragically high child drowning statistics. We invest in quality team members to teach our lessons with the mindset that we are a survival school first and a learn‑to‑swim school second.

Responsibilities- Setting up and breaking down the pool deck area before and after each shift.
- Checking water chemistry and temperature prior to swim lessons.
- Welcoming students and parents/guardians to the pool deck area.
- Answering customers’ questions about their account, their child’s progress, or about the program.
- Assist swim instructors and managers when needed during swim lessons.
- Taking inbound calls from prospective student families.
- Assisting existing student families with customer experience needs.
- Available to work a combination of weekdays (9:30am‑1:30pm), evenings (3pm‑7pm) and weekends (8am‑1pm).
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible and professional demeanor.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience working with children and their guardians.
- Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s), may be obtained during training.
