This role combines both personal training and swim instruction, providing a dynamic work environment.

• Teach swimmers of all ages to develop confidence, safety, and proper technique.
• Create personalized lesson plans, motivate students, and provide consistent feedback in a positive, energetic environment.
• Design and coach individualized fitness programs to help members achieve their goals.
• Educate clients on proper form, nutrition, and recovery while motivating them to stay consistent and confident.

• Swim instruction experience, child development knowledge, communication, safety awareness.
• Red Cross certification, patience, motivation.
• Personal training experience, program design, NASM/ACE certification.
• Fitness coaching, client retention, motivation, wellness education.
