Inside Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-time;

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and building a pipeline of shippers.
- Following up on warm leads and turning them into accounts.
- Quoting freight, negotiating rates, and closing business.
- Working with our carrier sales team to move freight with confidence.
- Using CRM tools to track progress, set goals, and drive growth.
- Sales-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
- Previous logistics, transportation, or B2B sales experience preferred.
- Comfortable on the phones – this is not a behind-the-scenes role.
- Organized, competitive, and hungry to win.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-first culture.
