As a Paratransit Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a transit motor vehicle and providing excellent customer service for a Twenty-four (24) Seven (7) Operation. Job Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading of passengers on vehicles
• Transporting passengers, including senior citizens or persons with disabilities
• Securement of wheelchairs and scooters
• Escorting passengers to/from locations
• Using radio to communicate with dispatch

Qualifications

Talent Requirements:

• 21 years or older
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical
• Valid driver's license for at least five (5) years
• Clean driving record (no more than one (1) moving violation in five (5) years) and reliable employment history
• Desire to work with the public, especially the elderly and disabled
• Knowledge of local city area
• Comfort with maps and GPS systems
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
