Job Summary

Cargo Ramp Express provides all necessary under‑wing ground support services contracted by the customer, including loading & unloading baggage and cargo, marshalling, water and lavatory servicing.

Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Marshall aircraft during arrival and departure.
• Unload air cargo, bulk and/or containers/pallets onto carts and dollies.
• Provide special handling of luggage/cargo as required.
• Deliver air cargo to the appropriate recipient.
• Operate ground support equipment such as tow tractors, tow bars, belt loaders, container loaders, baggage tugs, water/lavatory service trucks, aircraft ground power units, air start units, air stairs, de‑icing units, baggage carts, cargo dollies, and passenger vans.
• Prepare and palletize cargo.
• Service aircraft water and lavatories.
• Inspect ramp areas adjacent to gates for debris and dispose of debris when found.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the supervisor/manager.
• Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier security requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous ramp experience is a plus.
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in inclement weather.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong health & safety awareness.
• Able to lift heavy objects up to 70 pounds (32 kg).
