Columbia Ship management Rijeka is seeking self-motivated seafarers to join our expanding fleet, performing voyage planning, bridge watchkeeping, and navigation duties.
Candidates must hold a valid COC (STCW II/1) with STCW training, have strong English skills, and be comfortable in multicultural teams with a safety-focused mindset. Experience on electronic engines and FRAMO/Steam Turbines systems is preferred; USA and Australia trading experience is a plus.
