To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics, and a valid CDL. Strong communication and organizational skills are also required.

What you will do:

Oversee the daily operations of our transportation fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Monitor and manage fuel consumption, route optimization, and compliance with safety regulations.

Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all team members adhere to company policies and industry standards.

Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.

What we need:

A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field.

Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety protocols, and best practices.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and GPS tracking software is a plus.
