Warehouse Coordinator – CHICAGO

This is an Entry Level position perfect for someone that picks up new skills quickly and is eager to learn. Warehouse coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations such receiving, storage and shipping of products, ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner and without error. Candidate will need to communicate professionally and effectively with both customers and internal personnel.

• Receiving, loading and unloading, storage and shipping of products
• Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management using a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Pick and Pack to prepare outbound shipments
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics and streamline operations
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

• Capable of heavy lifting if required
• Computer skills to work with warehouse operating system
• Proficient at data entry and typing
• Detailed oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound decision making ability
• Proven analytical ability and problem-solving skill
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to easily learn new software and programs
• English Speaker is a requirement
