Warehouse Associate – Overview

NPW is seeking a highly organized and metrics‑driven Warehouse Associate to join our team. If you enjoy mentoring a team and helping to create processes that improve efficiencies, this is a great opportunity for you.

• No prior warehouse experience required.
• Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product error and safety mishaps.
• Receive and stock products in appropriate zones and locations.
• Use handheld scanner and relevant software to maintain accurate shipments.
• Pull orders by identifying part numbers that are numeric and alpha‑numeric.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Empty trash daily and take it to the on‑premises dumpster.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
• Understand and carry out directions from supervisors.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment while meeting time‑sensitive deadlines.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Work independently with little to no supervision.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

• Read, stand, walk, use hands and reach with arms; bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders/steps; stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.; consistently lift/carry 10–20 lbs.
