Deputy Hospitality Manager

At CYE Sailing Centre, we’re looking for a Deputy Hospitality Manager to join our team for the season and help us make every guest feel cared for.

You’ll work alongside our Hospitality Manager, taking responsibility for housekeeping standards across all accommodation, showers, toilets, and communal areas. You’ll also get stuck into cooking, planning, and serving meals that are not just good, but memorable. Creativity, passion, and attention to detail are key.

You’ll be part of a team that serves God through the work of CYESC, supporting visiting groups, volunteers, and staff, and contributing to the life and community of the Centre.
