Partnership Executive - Goodwood

In this exciting Partnership Executive role you'll work across world-class events at Goodwood Racecourse including Festival of Speed, Qatar Goodwood Festival, and Revival. This is an opportunity to step into an energetic partnership role within hospitality, motor sport, and racecourses, with a key focus on building effective commercial relationships, elevating operational efficiency, planning, innovation, and communication! • Supporting the planning of exceptional guest experiences in all Partnership areas including event details and food & beverage presentation
• Building strong partner relationships
• Planning efficient event logistics for Partners and members including table and floor plans and equipment requirements
• Collaborating with the culinary team to develop and produce menus and service styles across all Partner and membership areas
• Direct liaison with clients, guests and the operational team at events
• Regular monitoring and development - ensuring best standards are delivered
• Managing all operating costs in line with set targets and budgets
• Highlighting business opportunities and striving for continuous improvements in hospitality operations
