Kennels Receptionist

At The Kennels - our beautifully crafted private members’ club at the heart of the Goodwood Estate - we don’t just welcome guests. We create exceptional first impressions. We’re looking for a permanent Receptionist to join the team, bringing warmth, professionalism and a genuine love of great service.

As the face of The Kennels, you’ll help ensure every member and guest feels valued from the moment they arrive.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing a warm, confident welcome to all members and guests
  • Managing enquiries, bookings and calls efficiently and professionally
  • Meeting, greeting, seating and hosting guests during service
  • Ensuring accurate reservation information is shared with the right teams
  • Developing a thorough understanding of how The Kennels operates – including restaurant flow, menus, food and wine
  • Supporting with general administration such as event correspondence, membership renewals, menu preparation and special event planning
  • Occasionally assisting in other areas of Goodwood when needed

What you’ll need
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience in a similar customer‑facing role (hospitality, reception or member‑focused environments are all beneficial)
  • Own or reliable transport
