As F&B Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the operation leading from the front, bringing energy to the team and making sure every guest receives a great experience from the moment they arrive.

You’ll take ownership of the shift, keeping the team organised, motivated and focused while making sure service runs smoothly, standards stay high and opportunities to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue are never missed.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be visible on the floor, supporting your team, engaging with guests, solving problems and setting the standard through your own actions.

You’ll help create a positive, high-performing F&B team where people take pride in what they do, hold themselves and each other accountable, and genuinely enjoy delivering great service.

• Previous F&B or hospitality supervisory experience.
• Energetic, hands-on and confident leadership style.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, bank holidays and during busy seasonal periods.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and take ownership of the shift.
