PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to support international shipping, transportation, and logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone with foundational supply chain or logistics experience who wants to grow their expertise in global transportation, export compliance, and international trade.

You’ll work with multiple transportation modes, coordinate shipments around the world, prepare critical export documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting customer and business objectives.

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple transportation modes, including:
• Ocean (LCL & FCL)
• Air Freight
• Road Transportation
• Rail Transportation
• Special Equipment Shipments
• Support production, distribution, and inventory logistics planning
• Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues

• Prepare and review critical international shipping documentation, including:
• Commercial Invoices
• Customs Documentation
• Packing Lists
• Bills of Lading
• Certificates of Origin
• Certificates of Analysis
• Free Trade Agreement Documentation
• Complete export documentation such as:
• Export Declarations
• Shipper's Letters of Instruction (SLI)
• Other required export paperwork

• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and standards, including:
• IATA
• IMDG
• DOT
• Support compliance with U.S. export regulations and country-specific import/export requirements
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain shipment compliance

• Analyze logistics plans impacting production, distribution, and inventory management
• Review and improve logistics and inventory procedures
• Support initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing transportation costs

• Coordinate with transportation providers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams
• Present updates and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
• Prioritize multiple tasks and support urgent business needs

• 0–2 years of experience in:
• Logistics
• Supply Chain
• Shipping
• Transportation
• Distribution
• Understanding of international shipping processes
• Knowledge of transportation modes and logistics coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience preparing international shipping documentation
• Knowledge of:
• Export regulations
• Customs processes
• Hazardous materials shipping requirements
• Familiarity with:
• IATA
• IMDG
• DOT regulations
• Experience supporting global logistics operations

• Strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to make decisions in uncertain situations
• Comfortable presenting information to leadership teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
