Structural Fitter

Overview

enture Dynamics Gulf, Inc. is currently hiring structural fitters for a long-term new construction project in Mobile, AL.

• At least 4+ years of structural fitting experience in a shipyard environment or in a shop setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and familiarity with shipbuilding terminology.
• Must be able to tack weld using FCAW.

• Proven experience in fitting, fabrication, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with ductwork systems and basic math skills for accurate measurements is essential.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and welding equipment is highly desirable.
• Experience working on construction sites is a plus, demonstrating the ability to adapt to various work environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results are critical for success in this role.
