Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Ensure first pass quality by testing samples of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Perform laboratory analysis using a variety of instrumentation such as XRD, ICP‑OES, XRF, Titrators, pH Meters, Adsorption Analyzers, Balances, etc.
- Ensure data is reported to production in a timely manner and quality excursions are escalated immediately.
- Assist in root cause analysis investigations and support continuous improvement efforts by analyzing quality data and recommending process enhancements.

- Ability to read and understand complex analytical procedures in order to perform all required testing in the assigned area.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Products.
- Working familiarity of laboratory fundamentals and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds and climb ladders and stairs.
- Bachelor of Science degree in a field such as Chemistry, Biology or Physics.
- Experience working in an industrial quality assurance laboratory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.
