** Job Summary
** We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented
** Mortgage Administrator & Processor**. This position is responsible for maintaining consumer mortgage escrow records, paying escrow bills, processing secondary market mortgage loans, and HMDA input.
** Essential Functions
*** Verify and examine loan input regarding escrowed mortgages for accuracy
* Provide escrow information to customers
* Assemble, organize, process, and submit payment to the appropriate companies per escrow agreements
* Communicate with the credit administration department regarding maintenance and loan payoffs
* Balance general ledger accounts pertaining to escrow
* Create, maintain, and mail annual analysis statements
* Process paid escrowed notes and handle all paperwork and/or refunds of escrow balance when applicable
* Board in-house mortgage loans
* Scan and index mortgage loan documents
* Process secondary market mortgage loans
* Prepare loan documents, communicate with customers, schedule loan closings, and ensure loan packets are complete and accurate## Qualifications
** Position Requirements
*** High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required
* 2 years banking experience preferred
* Intermediate computer skills including MS Word and Excel proficiency
** Other Requirements
*** Must reside in Oklahoma and pass a background and credit check
* This is an in-office position, and it is critical to remain available to team members during business hours
* May have intermittent local travel to other locations for meetings, training opportunities and bank events
