Description
Grand Care Pharmacy is a locally owned independent pharmacy in Chickasha, Oklahoma
, proudly serving Chickasha and the surrounding communities. As part of the Total Dose Group
, we focus on personalized care, wellness services, and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a Retail Pharmacy Clerk to join our growing team and help create a welcoming experience for our patients while supporting the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy.
No pharmacy experience required—we provide all the training you need!
What You ll Do- Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Operate the cash register and process purchases, returns, and refunds
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer questions
- Help customers find over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and wellness products
- Support the pharmacy team by checking prescription status in our pharmacy software
- Stock shelves, receive inventory, and keep the store clean and organized
- Assist with merchandising, seasonal displays, and product placement
- Deliver prescriptions and pharmacy items to local homes or facilities as needed
- Work closely with pharmacists and technicians to ensure patients receive excellent service

What We re Looking For- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service, retail, cashier, or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly attitude with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced community pharmacy environment
