Plant Manager – Chickasha, OK

• Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations.
• Achieve goals set for the production facility.
• Lead the facility in establishing and meeting continuous improvement objectives Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel Promote all Safety, Food Safety and Quality policies and procedures while supporting their continuous improvement efforts.
• Foster a well-trained and motivated team by encouraging and supporting the development of all plant employees
• Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement

Perform all other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree Business or related field preferred
• 10 plus years’ experience of leadership role within planning or supervision in a food manufacturing facility Strong written and verbal communication skills and abilities Working knowledge of production equipment Proactive problem-solving skills Quality System background or foundational knowledge.
• Experience with ERP, WMS and batching software.
