Senior​/Lead Pastor

Primary responsibilities include:

• Shepherding and caring for the congregation
• Preaching on Sunday mornings
• Providing leadership and oversight to staff and volunteers
• Partnering with the Elders in vision, direction, and administration

The Lead Pastor will provide oversight for a staff that includes:

• A full‑time Worship Leader / Media Director
• Part‑time Youth Minister
• Part‑time Children’s Ministry Coordinators
• Church Secretary
• Volunteer Ministry Leads

• A strong, engaging preacher who communicates God’s Word with clarity and conviction
• A gifted teacher and relational leader
• Enjoys working with people inside and outside the church
• Has a passion for reaching families and developing future leaders
• Is energized by leading a church that is growing and full of opportunity
• Values teamwork, accountability, and servant leadership

• College degree from a Christian college
• Commitment to Restoration Movement principles
• Passion for evangelism and disciple-making
• Proven ministry experience and leadership ability
