Supervise, provide, and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures and to assess residents care needs and take appropriate action. • Current nurses license in the State in good standing.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write, speak and understand English. Effective documentation and oral communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend applicable Federal, State and local regulations and facility policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ability to direct, delegate, and follow‑up on programs and care of the residents.
• Meet all health requirements imposed by law.
• Ability to use/demonstrate use of all nursing service equipment.
• Manual dexterity in order to manipulate equipment
