The purpose of this position is to supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures and to assess residents care needs and take appropriate action. • Current nurse’s license in the state in good standing.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write, speak and understand English; effective documentation and oral communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend applicable Federal, State and local regulations and facility policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ability to direct, delegate, and follow‑up on programs and care of the residents.
• Meet all health requirements imposed by law.
• Ability to use and demonstrate use of all nursing service equipment.
• Manual dexterity to manipulate equipment.
