Purpose of this PositionThis role provides direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following facility policies and procedures. The assistant reports resident needs and concerns, and promotes person‑centered care by supporting resident choice and preferred routines in all aspects of daily living.
Qualifications- Meet all health requirements imposed by law.
- Completion of a nursing assistant certification program or valid and current certification.
- Long‑term care experience desirable.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
