Retail & Store Manager, Customer Service Rep
Position Summary
A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures.
EssentialFunctions
- Manage and supervise the store crew: assign, direct and follow up on all activities.
- Communicate effectively with store management and crew members.
- Provide excellent customer service: greet, assist, listen to customers, resolve complaints, and promote a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy.
- Support merchandise presentation: price merchandise, stock shelves, design and maintain displays, signs, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
- Execute the display and maintenance of off‑shelf merchandise.
- Reset departments following Point of Good (POGs).
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer proficiency.
- Advanced communication and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight, weekend shifts and overtime as needed, and respond to urgent issues at the store.
- Experience as a retail supervisor.
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but not required).

Pay Range: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour.
