We are looking for a Part‑time Nabisco Merchandiser to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Be an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more.

Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct displays.

Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in‑stock conditions.

Ensure Nabisco leading brands are properly represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.

Communicate any issues with store managers to Mondelēz management and follow negotiated plans.

Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.

Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

At least 18 years of age with a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal .

Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.

Must have a personal vehicle to visit store locations; mileage reimbursed.

Capable of performing hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.

Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Live within 25 miles of Chickasha, OK (primary location). Secondary locations include Lawton, OK and Anadarko, OK.

Schedule availability required: weekdays and weekends as needed, starting at 5 am; 20–25 hours per week.

Hourly compensation: $15.00–$16.00 based on relevant experience.
