Route Sales Professional

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Professional to join its sales team.

• $395.00 Weekly Base Pay + Commission (average $55,000 - $60,000 annually)
• Shift: Starting 4:00 AM until the route is completed
• Saturdays and Sundays off

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space, setting up incremental displays, and using sales data to inform store-level strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and execute promotions.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and when pursuing new customers.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures, accounting for all products, invoices, and cash while maintaining inventory counts.
• Safely drive the company route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
• Submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Successfully obtain Chauffeur License if location is in IN, MI, or TN.
• Physical ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and use fingers for extended periods.
• 1–3 years of related experience in DSD preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for official communications and reporting.
