Medium Business Account Executive

• Identify potential business clients through outreach, networking, and lead lists
• Match business needs with the right internet, TV, mobile, voice, and other telecom products and services
• Stay current on offerings and pricing to guide customers
• Present solutions, handle objections, and negotiate contracts
• Provide post-sale support and maintain strong client relationships
• Work with internal teams to improve strategy and results
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of outside sales experience, especially with SMBs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfort with CRM tools and sales technology
• Reliable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Flexible to work some evenings and weekends
• Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets
• Experience in telecom sales preferred
• Tech-savvy with strong digital skills preferred
