Warehouse Operations Leader

Core Duties

• Inventory management:
  Tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring accurate records to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Supervising staff:
  Hiring, training, scheduling, and managing warehouse workers, including setting performance expectations.
• Overseeing receiving & shipping:
  Ensuring incoming goods are checked and stored properly, and outgoing orders are packed and dispatched on time.
• Warehouse organization:
  Designing efficient layouts for storage, improving picking/packing processes, and maximizing space.
• Safety & compliance:
  Enforcing workplace safety standards (like OSHA guidelines) and maintaining a clean, hazard‑free environment.
• Process improvement:
  Identifying inefficiencies and implementing better workflows or systems to increase productivity.
