**### Core Duties
* ** Inventory management
** Tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring accurate records to prevent shortages or overstock.
* ** Supervising staff
** Hiring, training, scheduling, and managing warehouse workers, including setting performance expectations.
* ** Overseeing receiving & shipping
** Ensuring incoming goods are checked and stored properly, and outgoing orders are packed and dispatched on time.
* ** Warehouse organization
** Designing efficient layouts for storage, improving picking/packing processes, and maximizing space.
* ** Safety & compliance
** Enforcing workplace safety standards (like OSHA guidelines) and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment.
* ** Process improvement
** Identifying inefficiencies and implementing better workflows or systems to increase productivity.
