Title Assistant – Chico, CA (Full-Time – In-Office 5 Days per Week)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Title Assistant to support residential, commercial, and/or industrial title operations in our Chico, CA office.
Key Responsibilities- Collate, gather, and organize information related to title transactions and processes
- Review documentation and validate data for accuracy and completeness
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to external clients and field escrow offices
- Coordinate with multiple parties to assist in resolving issues and ensuring timely completion of title processes
- Support title teams with administrative and operational tasks in a production center or branch office environment
- Serve as a liaison between departments, customers, and partners as needed
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to company procedures and compliance standards
- Provide specialized support functions related to title operations when applicable
- Previous administrative, customer service, or title industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced office environment
- Capable of completing most assignments with limited instruction
- This is an in‑office position based in Chico, CA
- Employees are expected to work onsite 5 days per week
