Our client, a leading organization in the technology and support services industry, is seeking a Software Renewals Coordinator to join their team. As a Software Renewals Coordinator, you will be part of the ProIT department supporting the Software Renewals team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Software Renewals Coordinator
Location: Chico, California
Pay Range: $47,840 - $58,240
What's the Job?- Manage software and support contract renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Review previous quotes and contract changes to create new quotes and send them to customers via Docu Sign.
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalatem threatened renewals as needed.
- Process customer requests for additional licensing, primarily Laserfiche, and audit time usage for ECM and MFP solutions.
- Prepare and send reports on monthly usage, send replenishment quotes, and onboard new acquisitions.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
