MGE Underground is seeking a Field Safety Specialist to support Civil Construction teams across California. You will detect, prevent and mitigate safety risks, provide subject matter guidance on field observations, and promote corrective actions to protect workers and assets.
This role requires up to 75% travel between regional hubs and site locations, strong investigation and communication skills, and the ability to coach crews in safety programs and compliance with applicable regulations.
