Customer Service Rep
We’re looking for an in‑office Customer Service Representative to join our Chico, CA team and provide responsive, professional support to customers, business partners, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Support customers by phone, email, and web‑based applications
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve questions or concerns
- Provide status updates and accurate information using internal systems
- Document interactions and maintain clear, organized records
- Partner with internal teams to help resolve customer needs
- Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A helpful, professional, and solutions‑oriented mindset
- Comfort using computerized systems and web‑based tools
- Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong follow‑through and organizational skills
- Experience in a call center, office, escrow, insurance, real estate, or service‑related environment is a plus

Pay Range: $17.68 - $23.56 Hourly
The hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
