Job Description Overview

We are seeking a Wealth Sales & Service professional to provide comprehensive banking solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic financial and investment advisory services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide financial and investment planning and advice, collaborating with team members to deliver a comprehensive banking solution in the best interest of the customer.
  • Determine client needs and provide solutions through sales of managed products and services (mutual funds, wrap accounts, ETF wrap accounts, insurance, annuities, retirement savings plans).
  • Provide indirect solutions through referrals to business partners.
  • Support achievement of sales and performance targets for new asset sales, joint appointments, fee‑based sales, and financial planning.
  • Implement business development strategies, including outbound calling campaigns and conducting seminars, to acquire new business and cultivate branch employee referrals.
  • Identify opportunities during customer conversations to generate referrals for personal and commercial banking products (personal banking, lending, and investments).
  • Implement a relationship management plan in collaboration with the lead relationship manager.
  • Develop solutions and make recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues, coordinating and executing activities, including tracking metrics and milestones.
  • Manage databases and provide support for analysis, forecasting, and data visualization, ensuring adherence with data governance standards.
  • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations, monitoring performance and addressing issues.
  • Design and produce regular and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Build change management plans and participate in change‑management activities, including readiness assessments, stakeholder management, and communication planning.
  • Plan and implement operational programs, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Identify business needs, design and develop tools and training programs, and deliver training to audiences.
  • Employ systems such as customized exception reports and tracking reports to manage information and integrate data from multiple sources for efficient processes.
  • Support development and promotion of business/group programs and work collaboratively with the client relationship team using a consultative sales process.
  • Introduce clients to investment strategies, develop financial plans using guidance tools, and coach the team through joint appointments.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and risk/compliance adherence to safeguard customers’ assets and maintain privacy.
  • Identify and recommend ways to enhance the client experience, exercising judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying the Risk Management Framework under approved risk appetite.
Qualifications
  • Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • FINRA Series 6, 63 & 65 licenses OR FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses.
  • Life and Health Insurance Producer’s License.
  • Completed LTC Continuing Education Requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of the financial industry.
  • In‑depth experience with managed products and fee‑based advice.
  • In‑depth understanding of deposit and loan (including mortgage) products and banking services.
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In‑depth collaboration and team skills.
  • In‑depth analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • In‑depth influence skills.
  • In‑depth data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
Salary and Compensation

Salary: $57,500.00 – $.

Pay type:

Salaried & Commission. Additional compensation may include performance‑based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks.
