Enloe Health is seeking a Computer Technician to image, configure, deploy and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software, including peripherals. You will proactively monitor systems and provide ongoing user support for setups or modifications.
Responsibilities include accurate issue recording in the IS ticket system, potential first/second line support, and procurement activities for devices and supplies. Peripherals like VOIP phones and tablets are supported on Enloe's network.
