After 6 strong years with our current Operations Manager, we are preparing for a leadership transition at Kite Solutions LLC.

We are looking for a high-level Operations Manager who can help lead, grow, and strengthen a fast-scaling trucking and heavy haul company serving the construction and aggregate industries across Northern California.

This is not an entry-level role.

This is a leadership seat at the table.

Kite Solutions LLC provides:

• Super 10 & End Dump aggregate hauling

• Heavy equipment transport (lowbeds & sliding axle)

• Agricultural material hauling

• Support for government and public works contracts

This role is both strategic and hands-on.

High-Level Operations

• Oversee day-to-day trucking operations

• Support government contracts & compliance (DIR, public works)

• Identify and price new construction & aggregate opportunities

• Job costing and margin control

• Strategic growth planning

• Vendor and customer relationship management

Shop & Fleet Oversight

• Preventative maintenance programs

• Maintenance scheduling & tracking

• Equipment lifecycle management

• Expense tracking and cost control

• DOT compliance & safety coordination

People & Leadership

• Hiring, interviewing, onboarding

• HR oversight

• Driver management & accountability

• Performance standards & culture leadership

The right person:

✔ Understands trucking, construction, or aggregate logistics

✔ Knows how to control costs and protect margins

✔ Can lead drivers and shop personnel with authority

✔ Is comfortable pricing work and negotiating contracts

✔ Understands government/public works requirements

✔ Is organized, accountable, and growth-minded

Bonus if you’ve managed:

• 10+ trucks

• Public works or state contracts

• Multi-million-dollar construction support operations

This role has real upside.
