• Lead the Team:
  Manage scheduling, assign installers, and oversee the daily operations.
• Customer Satisfaction:
  Ensure clients are happy by resolving issues swiftly and maintaining strong relationships.
• Site Inspections:
  Regularly inspect job sites to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Payroll Management:
  Approve and submit weekly payroll for installers.
• Recruitment:
  Onboard new installers to strengthen our team.
• Operational Excellence:
  Support achieving customer satisfaction and compliance goals.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience working in flooring installation or construction preferred

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license.

• Travel is primary local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area travel may be expected.
